By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

Elargi lets you send document requests to your clients, receive uploads and send reminders. We work hard to keep it available and secure, but provide it “as is” without warranties. Keep your own copies of important documents.

Your responsibilities

• Only send requests to people you have a genuine business relationship with. No spam or unsolicited bulk email.
• You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your clients' documents and for how you use them.
• Keep your password safe. Don't upload malware or illegal content.

Plans and billing

The Free plan has the limits shown on our pricing page. Pro is billed monthly in advance through Polar, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and invoices. You can cancel anytime; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. We don't offer refunds for partial months unless required by law.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (for example, sending spam through reminders) or don't pay.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

The price of your paid plan won't increase for as long as your subscription stays active. New prices only apply to new subscriptions.
